Master Planning is the team within Global Product Supply responsible for setting up the planning framework to execute adidas’ Integrated Business Plan and product supply strategy.

Responsibilities and achievements:

  • Led Robotic Process Automation within Master Planning team. I was the only “citizen developer” to build a full ‘unattended’ RPA solution from scratch, using Git, vb.net coding and Jenkins files.
  • Part of Game Plan team: Data analysis and reporting of monthly availability projection of the factories from the Adidas supplier base, including storytelling to Senior Management. Started at Accessories and Gear (A&G) division, and moved to Footwear, the biggest division of the three.
